Objectives: |
The students will write the sentence “I am a Mail Carrier” using the
correct sentence structure. The
students will draw a mail carrier to go with the sentence. |

Activities: |
The students will the copy the sentence “I am a Mail Carrier” on their
white half sheet of paper. The
students will draw a mail carrier at the top of the paper. Teacher will keep these sheets to make a
community helper book. |

Materials Needed: |
White half sheets of typing paper, pencils, colors, chalk, blackboard |

Assessment: |
Teacher will check to make sure the students have written the sentence
correctly and help the children make corrections if needed. |
